At Kaarigar's , every piece is handcrafted, and slight variations in wood grain, color, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to request a return Email us at ha935875886@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and share further instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-returnable items Custom or personalized orders, and items marked as final sale, cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.

Exchanges We are happy to exchange items for a different size or product of equal value, subject to availability.
